Exchanges & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please email email@example.com or call 03 9826 5773 for a return authorization number, form and instructions on returning the item within 7 days. Once the items are received and have undergone a quality control check to ensure they are unworn and in re-saleable condition, (the items have no marks, all tags are intact and are packaged in the sent condition), the new size will be dispatched.
Please note, postage costs for the new size will be borne by the customer. Please contact us to work out the exchange process.
If we do not have the desired size, or if you are returning an item due to a change of mind, we will fully refund you the amount you paid for the product(s) less the outbound shipping costs. Inbound shipping costs to return the product to us will be borne by the customer.
Please note that returned goods will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation number.
If you receive an item, which is faulty, please notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 03 9826 5773 withn seven days, for a return authorization form and we will process your refund on the exact initial purchase payment.
All purchases on Sale items are FINAL and no returns are accepted. Please choose carefully.
